Last updated: 2026-10-09. This policy covers the AI Date website (https://aidate.purifysec.com) and explains how we plan to handle data in the AI Date app, which is in development and not yet available.

1. Who we are
The controller is Purify Solution Co., Ltd. (주식회사 퓨리파이솔루션), Business Registration No. 323-86-03748, 경기도 남양주시 화도읍 폭포로 154, 가동 (Building A, 154 Pokpo-ro, Hwado-eup, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea). Contact: hello@purifysec.com.

2. This website
- The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and contains no JavaScript.
- The site loads the Pretendard web font from the jsDelivr CDN; your browser sends that CDN standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to download the font.
- Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc.) processes standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.
- The AI Date product is in development and does not yet collect user data.
- If you email us, we receive your email address and message through our email provider (Google Workspace, provided by Google LLC) and use them only to reply. We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to respond, unless the law requires longer retention.
3. The app (planned; not yet available)
When the app launches, we plan to process the following. We will publish an updated policy before any launch or beta.

4. Processors and third parties
- Anthropic, PBC (Claude API, USA) will process chat content to generate courses. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, API inputs and outputs are not used to train Anthropic’s models by default. This involves transfer of data outside Korea; we will disclose the details required by Korean law before launch.
- Third-party place-data providers (planned, e.g. map / local-search APIs) will receive search parameters such as area and category, not your identity.
- We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
5. Your rights
Under the Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보 보호법) you may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information. Email hello@purifysec.com; we respond without undue delay.
6. Children
The app is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
7. Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
